CASE STUDY CLIENT: VISIONWORLD AGENCY: POLAR CREATIVE GROUP (PCG) SERVICES: AD MANAGEMENT INTRODUCTION: VISIONWORLD (branded on Instagram as @visionworldus) is an urban streetwear label. Their collections feature oversized outerwear, striking textile contrasts, and bold graphic layering. Visually, VISIONWORLD keeps it high-impact instead of high-fad — deep shadows, industrial settings, elevated minimalism. Their Instagram feed is proof: it’s not just what you wear, but how you wear it — for those who move fast, think sharp, and refuse to blend in. Prior to working with Polar Creative Group, VISIONWORLD worked with a handful of marketing agencies that overpromised and underdelivered while monthly invoices added up with no results to back them. We were approached at a critical point in the company's growth journey. We came into the picture immediately following a failed product release caused by another agency's neglect. We quickly identified underperforming strategies left behind by previous agencies and removed campaigns that were draining spend without producing results. From there, we realigned business goals directly with the CEO to ensure every marketing decision was intentional, measurable, and aligned with long-term growth objectives. With a new direction established, we rebuilt the advertising infrastructure from the ground up, beginning with a dedicated rollout centered around one of VISIONWORLD’s proven winning products. We implemented a hands-on management approach that included weekly meetings, performance reviews, and a structured content and advertising schedule to keep creative assets, budgets, and targeting perfectly aligned. The first rollout generated over $12,000 in sales at an average 4x ROAS across all campaigns. During this period, we also integrated middle-of-funnel SMS targeting strategies, doubling the brand’s SMS subscriber base within the first two weeks of launch. The combination of strong creative direction, clean funnel architecture, and consistent optimization established a scalable foundation for growth across both paid and owned marketing channels. RESULTS Since that first release, VISIONWORLD’s performance has continued to climb. Their SMS list has grown by more than 4x, Instagram following has increased by over 15,000 followers, and sales have surpassed $75,000 through strategic product-focused advertising and scaling initiatives. Each campaign rollout has not only driven direct revenue but has also strengthened customer retention and brand engagement through consistent reactivation campaigns and community-building efforts. We are currently on pace to generate over $250,000 in revenue during our first year working together and are excited to continue building upon that momentum.
